WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE NEXT YOGA PICNIC TAKE PLACE?

The Yoga Picnic will take place on the 4th July 2026 from 10am – 7:30pm at Lilliput House, Nure, Lough Ennell, Co. Westmeath.

Yoga is an ancient practice that harmonises the body, mind, and spirit through physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. Regular practice enhances flexibility, strength, and balance, while also promoting relaxation and reducing stress. These physical benefits contribute to improved sleep quality, cardiovascular health, and relief from chronic pain conditions. By focusing on mindful movement and breath awareness, yoga fosters a deeper connection between the body and mind, encouraging overall well-being.

Beyond its physical aspects, yoga encompasses a rich philosophical tradition that guides individuals toward a more mindful and meaningful life. Rooted in ethical principles and practices, yoga philosophy emphasises self-awareness, compassion, and inner peace. By integrating these teachings into daily life, practitioners can cultivate emotional balance, mental clarity, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world. This holistic approach supports not only physical health but also personal growth and spiritual development.

We want to include as much as possible in the ticket price and there are over 100 classes/workshops/events on offer. However, we recommend arriving to classes early, as we cannot guarantee access to all activities due to limited space in our tents and covered areas.

Offerings in the healing area may be booked in advance with the individual healers. If space allows, treatments can be paid for in cash on the day, however, pre-booking is advised.

The only other additional costs will be any food and drink you would like to purchase or goodies from the amazing brands on offer!
